We were brought in to restore this somewhat unloved Georgian townhouse to its former glory. As the client wanted a turn-key solution, we took complete ownership of the necessary licencing and listed building consent, all the way through to completing the prime property letting. Undertaking a complex refurbishment project on a Listed Building undeniably brings with it a plethora of challenges and considerations
We aimed to respect the heritage of the building while also achieving the modern fit out necessary for the super-prime location. Something that our team achieved in tenfolds – we employed master craftsmen and contractors to undertake the necessary bespoke elements of the build. From beautifully crafted timber joinery to customised natural stone solutions.
Our works included the complete overhaul of all the services while installing AC and AV upgrades throughout. Thoughtful design and furnishing achieved a warmer living environment and created a space for comfortable modern living.
