Richbourne Terrace

This studio apartment had so much potential when we first laid eyes on it. The traditional Victorian aesthetic was steeped in beauty, but it lacked refinement and modernity. The idea behind our renovation was to create an open concept living space, to introduce more natural light and bring a new and modern feel.

The balance between the refined industrial fittings and traditional Victorian aesthetics makes this unique apartment an exceptional space. The project involved stripping it right back, removing the dated interior and leaving behind it a blank canvas. The installation of large, sash windows allowed for the sun to shine through, creating free-flowing sightlines through the space.
